Two very different situations. Pick yours.
A restaurant owner in Kissimmee and a founder in São Paulo need different answers. Choose the one that sounds like you.
Orlando · Jacksonville · Miami
Your books closed, payroll run, filings made — every month.
You did not start a business to reconcile bank statements at 11pm. We take the back office off your desk and hand you numbers you can actually make decisions on, at a fraction of the cost of a full-time accountant.
- Monthly books closed on a schedule you can set your watch by
- Payroll calculated, paid and filed — including the tax deposits
- Florida sales tax handled, including your county's surtax
- A live dashboard, not a shoebox of receipts in April
Founders around the world
You don't need a U.S. taxpayer ID to start. You need someone who's done this before.
Forming the company is the easy part. What catches founders out is what comes after — the EIN, the banking, and the annual filings that carry real penalties if nobody tells you they exist.
- EIN application prepared and filed for you
- Straight answers on which state actually suits you — not a default to Delaware
- The annual federal and state filings foreign owners most often miss, tracked and filed
- Ongoing U.S. bookkeeping and tax compliance from one team
What we do
Everything the back office needs, from one team.
The books, the payroll, the filings and the entity paperwork all touch each other. Splitting them across three vendors is how things fall through the cracks.

Answer the question before you call us.
Most accounting websites make you fill in a form to find out anything. These give you the answer on the page — the number, the reasoning, and what it would take to act on it.
How it works
Six steps from first call to books that close themselves.
- 01
Free consultation
A 30-minute call to understand your business, your entity, and what's currently breaking.
- 02
Proposal and scope
A written scope with the price agreed before any work begins, so you know the number in advance.
- 03
Onboarding and access
We collect access to your accounts and set up your customer portal.
- 04
Catch-up and cleanup
We load your historical transactions by month and reconcile back to a clean starting point.
- 05
Monthly rhythm
Books closed monthly, payroll run, filings made, reports in your portal.
- 06
Quarterly review
We walk your numbers with you and plan the next quarter's tax position.
Where we work
Florida roots, national reach.
Local tax rules are not a detail. Your county's discretionary sales surtax, your industry's audit exposure, and what the state expects each year all differ by where you operate.
Questions
Straight answers.
Royal Business Group is the firm; Accounting BOSS — Accounting Back Office Support Systems — is what we run your business on. It is the back office itself: books, payroll, filings, compliance, and the client portal where your numbers live. So that whole side of the business stops being your problem.
The person who would do your work. We are a small team by design, so you are not handed off to someone else after you sign, and you do not re-explain your business to a new face every quarter. The free consultation is with them, not with a salesperson.
No. We work with businesses across Orlando, Jacksonville, Miami and the rest of Florida online by default — secure document upload, video calls, and a portal where your reports live. We do have offices in all three cities if you would rather meet in person; just book ahead.
Yes, and it is a significant part of what we do. There is no citizenship or residency requirement to own a U.S. company, and the IRS's Instructions for Form SS-4 set out how a foreign responsible party completes the EIN application — it goes in on paper rather than through the online assistant, which is only open to applicants who already hold a U.S. taxpayer ID. We handle the formation, prepare and submit the EIN application, and take care of the annual filings that follow — including the federal information returns a foreign-owned company must file even when no tax is due. The IRS does not charge a fee to issue an EIN; our fee is for professional preparation and filing.
Every engagement is scoped and priced in writing before you commit. What scales the number is transaction volume, employee count, and how many entities and states are involved — a single-member LLC with clean books is a different job from a multi-entity operation with staff in three states. The consultation is free, and nothing starts until you have a written figure in front of you.
That is a normal starting point, not a reason to be embarrassed. We load your historical transactions month by month into our accounting system and reconcile back to a clean opening balance, then move you onto a monthly rhythm. Catch-up work is scoped and quoted separately so you can see exactly what it costs.
Yes — calculation and filing, monthly, for a single state as standard. Florida's 6% state rate is only part of it: each county adds its own discretionary sales surtax, and the rate depends on where the sale is sourced. Orange County, Duval County and Miami-Dade County all differ.
Yes. Florida is where our roots are and where our local expertise runs deepest, but bookkeeping, payroll and federal tax work are not geographically limited. We serve clients across the United States and founders forming U.S. companies from around the world.
Sí. We have bilingual professionals on the team, so you can handle everything — your books, payroll, taxes and forming a company — in English or Spanish. Just let us know your preference when you reach out and we'll make sure a Spanish-speaking team member looks after you.
Your financial future is one conversation away.
Thirty minutes, no charge, no obligation. Bring your worst question about your books — we have almost certainly seen worse.
